What if I do not like the preview?

You can redo any page using your free redos. If the preview still does not meet expectations, contact us and we will help make it right or refund the preview fee.

How long does shipping take?

Every book is printed to order, which takes 2-4 business days. Most books arrive within about two weeks of ordering in the US, Canada, the UK and the EU, and at the latest 15 business days after the order. Farther destinations take longer; the shipping page shows your country's estimate and latest delivery date. Shipping by country

Can I order more than one copy?

Yes! Once your book is finalized, you can order additional printed copies at $44.99 each, plus a delivery fee where shipping isn’t free. Perfect for grandparents.

Is the $7.99 deposit refundable?

If the preview doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll help fix it or refund the preview fee. Otherwise, the $7.99 covers creating your personalized story and illustrations, and it’s deducted from the hardcover total — so you only pay $36.99 more for the book.

What’s the quality of the printed book?

A sturdy matt-laminated hardcover at 8.3″ × 11″ (21 × 28 cm) — the classic picture-book size that fits every shelf and every lap. Matte pages with vivid color reproduction. Built to withstand years of little hands turning pages.
