How long does it take to receive my book?

Digital previews are ready in about 5-10 minutes. Printed hardcovers ship in 7-14 business days within the United States, 7-12 business days in Europe, and 10-18 business days elsewhere. Shipping is free worldwide.

What photos work best?

Accepted Answer

Clear, well-lit photos work best — at least 1000x1000 pixels, and not blurry or heavily filtered. You can upload one group photo, or one clear photo per character.

Will the characters look like us?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we work hard to make sure the characters look like the people in your photos. If something looks off in the preview, you can redo any page up to 3 times before ordering, and we will help make it right if anything still does not meet your expectations.

Are my photos private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your photos are used only to create your book and are never used to train AI models. You can request deletion anytime.

What if I'm not happy with the preview?

Accepted Answer

You can redo any page using your free redos. If the preview still isn't right, we'll help fix it or refund the preview fee. For printed books, refunds are available before the book goes to print; once printed, we'll replace anything that arrives damaged. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method.

Can I make changes after ordering?

Yes — you can redo pages or edit your book anytime before placing a print order. Once a print order is submitted, that order can't be changed.
