  • Printing: 2–4 business days. Every book is made to order. The times above already include it.
  • Tracking. When your book ships, we email you, with a tracking link whenever the carrier provides one.
  • Parcel shops. In Denmark, Norway and Sweden, the carrier delivers to a parcel shop or locker near the address, where you collect it.

Customs and import charges

When your book crosses a customs border on its way to you, your country may charge import duty or tax when it arrives. Those charges are set by your country, not by us, and aren't part of our price. The calculator above tells you when they may apply.

Where we can't deliver yet

We deliver to the 180 countries and territories in the calculator above, and nowhere else. Not yet:

Brazil, Chile, China, Japan, Russia and South Korea

Delivery there needs details our checkout can't collect yet, such as a local tax number or the address written in the local script.

Places our print partner doesn't deliver to yet

Mostly overseas territories and small islands, such as Bermuda, Cayman Islands, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Guam, Martinique, Mayotte, Puerto Rico and Réunion.
