Withdrawal form

Creation of a paid preview starts immediately after payment, at your express request, so the right of withdrawal for the preview ends at once. A printed book is personalised and made to order, so it carries no right of withdrawal either — but until we hand it to the printer, and never earlier than 24 hours after you order, we will cancel the order and refund you in full, just by email. This form is here so that a withdrawal can always be declared, and it is the route to use if you believe a right of withdrawal still applies to your contract.

What you write here is kept as the record that your withdrawal reached us, and used only to answer it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you tell us.

You can also just write

A withdrawal declared in a plain email counts exactly the same as this form. Write to support@whimbel.com and tell us clearly that you are withdrawing. It is also the address to use if you want a printed book cancelled and refunded before it reaches the printer.
